Shipping Policy

Processing Time  
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Processing time may be longer during high-volume periods, sales, or for made-to-order and custom items. Any extended processing times will be noted on the product listing.

Shipping Methods  
We ship orders via USPS or other trusted carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.

Once an order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Local Pickup  
Local pickup may be available for select orders. If local pickup is selected at checkout, you will be notified when your order is ready.

Shipping Delays  
Black Magnolia 3D is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Missing Packages  
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. Black Magnolia 3D is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

Incorrect Address  
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping  
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
