Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Black Magnolia 3D specializes in small-batch and made-to-order 3D printed items. Because each piece is crafted individually, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, sizing preferences, or color variations.

Damaged or Defective Items  
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at laura@blackmagnolia3d.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items  
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Bundles & Promotional Items  
All bundle deals, promotional items, and discounted products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Shipping Issues  
Black Magnolia 3D is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
